How we work

Every call starts with a full diagnosis, not a guess. You get a written flat-rate quote before any work begins, and the diagnostic fee is applied toward the repair. Our trucks are stocked with the parts that fail most often in South Carolina heat and humidity, so most repairs are finished in one visit. When a repair no longer makes sense, we show you the replacement numbers side by side and let you decide.
