AC Not Cooling Repair in La France: Questions We Hear

Why is my AC not blowing cold air?

Common causes in La France include a clogged filter, a frozen coil, a failed capacitor, low refrigerant or a compressor that is not starting. A technician can pinpoint it in under an hour.

Should I turn the AC off if it is blowing warm?

Yes. If the coil is frozen or the compressor is struggling, running it can cause more damage. Switch the system off and call us.

Can low refrigerant be topped off?

Refrigerant does not get used up. If it is low there is a leak, and we find and repair the leak before recharging.
