Estill residents from downtown Estill to Garnett rely on American Air for heat not working that is done right the first time. South Carolina winters are short, but a cold snap in Estill with no heat is miserable. We repair furnaces, heat pumps, electric air handlers and package units, with same-day heating repair and 24/7 emergency service when the temperature drops.
Coastal humidity and salt air are hard on air conditioners in Estill. Condenser coils corrode faster, drain lines clog with algae, and systems run long hours pulling moisture out of the house. Our technicians clean coils, treat drains and check refrigerant charge on every visit because those are the failures we see most here.
Live answer 24/7. Technicians near downtown Estill, Scotia and all of Estill.
Most calls placed before noon are handled the same day, and emergency crews run 24/7.
You approve a written price before we pick up a tool. No hourly clock, no surprises.

“The tune-up caught a weak capacitor before summer. Five minutes to fix then, would have been a no-cool call in August.”
Monica S., Estill“Mini-split installed in the garage workshop. Clean line set cover, neat wiring, works perfectly.”
Ray G., Estill“AC not cooling, house at 84 degrees. Diagnosed a bad contactor, replaced it, cold air in 40 minutes. Fair price too.”
Sandra B., EstillBoth, plus electric air handlers and package units. Most Estill homes have heat pumps and we service every major brand.
Heat pumps deliver air around 90 to 100 degrees, which can feel cool. If it is truly cold, the system may be in defrost, low on refrigerant or the reversing valve may have failed.
