Cayce residents from downtown Cayce to State Park rely on American Air for thermostat not working that is done right the first time. A smart thermostat installed correctly can cut Cayce energy bills and give you control from your phone. We install Nest, ecobee, Honeywell and manufacturer-matched thermostats, add C-wires where needed and program the schedule for you.
Summers in the Cayce area are long and hot, and the Midlands regularly posts the highest temperatures in the state. Air conditioners here run more hours per year than almost anywhere in the country, so capacitors, fan motors and compressors wear out sooner. Annual AC service and prompt repair keep them going.
