Aiken residents from Downtown Aiken to Montmorenci rely on American Air for AC frozen coil that is done right the first time. Ice on an air conditioner in Aiken in July looks wrong because it is wrong. A frozen coil or a new noise is your system telling you something is restricting airflow or leaking refrigerant. We find the cause instead of just letting it thaw.
Summers in the Aiken area are long and hot, and the Midlands regularly posts the highest temperatures in the state. Air conditioners here run more hours per year than almost anywhere in the country, so capacitors, fan motors and compressors wear out sooner. Annual AC service and prompt repair keep them going.
