American Air Conditioning & Heating Repair provides heat pump repair in Aiken, SC with same-day scheduling and 24/7 emergency dispatch. Heat pumps are the most common HVAC system in Aiken, and they have their own failure patterns: reversing valves, defrost boards, outdoor sensors and auxiliary heat strips. Our technicians repair heat pumps year-round, in both heating and cooling mode.
Summers in the Aiken area are long and hot, and the Midlands regularly posts the highest temperatures in the state. Air conditioners here run more hours per year than almost anywhere in the country, so capacitors, fan motors and compressors wear out sooner. Annual AC service and prompt repair keep them going.

Carla D., Aiken“Duct sealing made a bigger difference than I expected. Upstairs finally cools down and the system is not running all day.”
Terrence L., Aiken“The tune-up caught a weak capacitor before summer. Five minutes to fix then, would have been a no-cool call in August.”
