Neeses residents from downtown Neeses to Cope rely on American Air for heat pump repair that is done right the first time. Heat pumps are the most common HVAC system in Neeses, and they have their own failure patterns: reversing valves, defrost boards, outdoor sensors and auxiliary heat strips. Our technicians repair heat pumps year-round, in both heating and cooling mode.
Summers in the Neeses area are long and hot, and the Midlands regularly posts the highest temperatures in the state. Air conditioners here run more hours per year than almost anywhere in the country, so capacitors, fan motors and compressors wear out sooner. Annual AC service and prompt repair keep them going.

Our crews live and work in the communities they serve, so response times are real.
Most calls placed before noon are handled the same day, and emergency crews run 24/7.
Our Neeses technicians provide heat pump repair throughout Orangeburg County, including these neighborhoods and communities:
“Our AC died on a Saturday in July and they were here in under two hours. Quoted a flat price, fixed the capacitor and fan motor, and the house was cold again before dinner.”
Marcus T., Neeses“Second company we called. The first said we needed a whole new system. American Air found a refrigerant leak, repaired it, and we are still running strong two summers later.”
Angela R., Neeses“Heat pump was frozen solid and blowing cold air in January. Technician explained the defrost board issue in plain English and had the part on his truck.”
Derrick W., NeesesSome frost is normal. A solid block of ice means a defrost problem, low refrigerant or a failed fan motor.
If the heat pump is running on auxiliary heat strips instead of the compressor, bills double. We fix the cause in Neeses.
