Neeses residents from downtown Neeses to Cope rely on American Air for heating repair that is done right the first time. South Carolina winters are short, but a cold snap in Neeses with no heat is miserable. We repair furnaces, heat pumps, electric air handlers and package units, with same-day heating repair and 24/7 emergency service when the temperature drops.
Summers in the Neeses area are long and hot, and the Midlands regularly posts the highest temperatures in the state. Air conditioners here run more hours per year than almost anywhere in the country, so capacitors, fan motors and compressors wear out sooner. Annual AC service and prompt repair keep them going.
Live answer 24/7. Technicians near downtown Neeses, Norway and all of Neeses.
If a repair makes sense we say so. If it does not, we show you the numbers on both options.
Our crews live and work in the communities they serve, so response times are real.
Most calls placed before noon are handled the same day, and emergency crews run 24/7.
You approve a written price before we pick up a tool. No hourly clock, no surprises.
Our Neeses technicians provide heating repair throughout Orangeburg County, including these neighborhoods and communities:
“Second company we called. The first said we needed a whole new system. American Air found a refrigerant leak, repaired it, and we are still running strong two summers later.”
Angela R., Neeses“Heat pump was frozen solid and blowing cold air in January. Technician explained the defrost board issue in plain English and had the part on his truck.”
Derrick W., Neeses“Showed up on time, wore shoe covers, cleaned up after the furnace repair. That should be normal but it is not. These folks are.”
Tasha M., NeesesBoth, plus electric air handlers and package units. Most Neeses homes have heat pumps and we service every major brand.
Heat pumps deliver air around 90 to 100 degrees, which can feel cool. If it is truly cold, the system may be in defrost, low on refrigerant or the reversing valve may have failed.
Same-day heating repair is standard in Neeses during the heating season, and emergency service runs 24/7.
